Great UPS

This unit was a much better value than what I could get at stores locally. Plus it used standard generic replacement batteries for when the time comes. Watch out for APC brand UPS that has proprietary batteries. When combined with prime free shipping, this was a great deal.

Dont Buy - Not Reliable - Works When It Feels Like

I bought this unit becasue it said it has 50/60Hz capability. Worked for like a week and then it hardly switched to AC Power even when power is on. I will have to unlug it and charge it fully before it will switch to power. I bought 2 units and both had the same crazy fault. Dont recommend this unit at all.

Broken right out of the box

Received this item today and it is completely dead out of the box. No response at all to the power button and no power to/from it, no matter what I tried (and no, it didn't just need charging, it's not apparently doing that either). And to make things worse, Amazon will not take returns or refunds on "hazardous" battery items, so I guess I'll have to call the manufacturer to attempt to get a replacement one that might work. Kinda lost faith in it now, and wish I'd bought the other brand one that was similar.
